Merchandising
The merchandising department is one of the most competent and most vital building blocks at Fancy Textile Mills Our ever-competent merchandising department serves as liaison between the world of Fancy Textile Mills and the outer world. Our merchandising department is geared towards 100% client satisfaction. As all other departments, our merchandising department is in direct contact with the chief executive and other senior personnel, carefully monitoring at every step.
Production Planning & Control
After the merchandising department has completed its work and confirmed an order, the PPC department comes into the scene. From this point onwards, our closely monitored and perfection-oriented work, including various sections, begins to plan and execute the order according to schedule and requirement issued by PPC department. The PPC department not only issues the plans and schedules but also ensures that the fabric reaches the cutting table on time. Similarly, the latest computer software, specially developed for the knitwear, is used to plan fabric knitting and trimming requirements.
Knitting
Using the finest yarn, our knitting department is specialized in a wide variety of fabric production including Jersey, Pique, Interlock, Rib, Waffle, Fleece, Flat Back Rib, Mini Waffle, French Terry.
Fabric Finishing
This department controls the shrinkage of fabric and give it proper appearance with the help of the latest machinery including:

Tumblers
Cutting
Finished fabric of the highest quality is cut and graded in our modern cutting room equipped with straight knifes and band saws. A latest computerized pattern marker with full sized plotter ensures minimum fabric wastage.
Embroidery
Cutting has done and now embroidery start according to passed design of order. High class embroider machines installed to finish it.
Stitching
After having been subjected to strict and thorough processes of knitting, dyeing and quality testing, our cutting now ends up in our garment-stitching department.
Product Inspection
After stitching, each and every garment is meticulously checked for any defects by a team of specially trained staff, which ensures that only the perfect pieces go through for packing.
Packing
After stitching and extensive checking, the final garments are carefully packed. We also screen all the finished garments for metal detection as required.
Quality Assurance
With the power of commitment to achieve the highest and exceptional quality in its products, Fancy Textile Mills has the parameters in every stage of production process, with over 200 QA personnel under the leadership of QA manager.
Research & Development
Our research and development personal continuously work on new fabric developments in different yarn contents and fabric constructions in order to provide our customers with a wide variety of fabric source on single knit, double knit, single jacquard and novelty knit categories.
Export
The export department extends its services to help clients wherever it can, in forwarding and custom clearance of the shipment and ensures constant liaison with traffic departments of the customers for shipment information, export visas and other related matters.
